Polska Kielbasa


  • 1 package Hillshire Farm Light Polska Kielbasa
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots
  • 1 small to medium sized onion
  • 1 1/2 cups celery
  • About 1/8 to 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 cup broccali
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 or 2 baby bok choy or 1/4 to 1/2 cabbage

Cut Kielbasa into bite sized pieces and add to a large sauce pan over medium to medium high heat. Stir occasionaly until it starts to brown. then remove from pan and set aside.

While Kielbasa is cooking chop remaining veggies into bite sized pieces and mince garlic. After Kielbasa is removed from pan, add garlic, onions, carrots, celery, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Stir every min or two. Then after several min of cooking add the broccali and bok choy. Cook to desired tenderness, then add the kielbasa back into the pan and serve!

This is great by as is or over rice! Feel free to add your own favorite stir-fry veggies and make it your own! I prefer to use the light Kielbasa so the meal doesnt sit heavy afterwards. My kids will actualy eat all the meat before the veggies which is a miracle in this house ;-)
