I LOVE to bake and cook. I am a mom of 3 little girls the youngest of whom has a severe milk protein allergy. I searched the web in my down time for weeks on end trying to find dairy-free recipies that were kid friendly, budget friendly, easy to prep, ect. So I created this blog to help others in the same situation!

Classic dinner
One of my favs to make! And the kids just gobble it up faster than I can keep the plates full! I love adding some bacon to the green beans to replace the flavor butter would have added.
I get them at costco and no they don't have eggs. they have: durum wheat semolina, niacin, iron lactate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid. Thats it!
Hi, just found your blog, and I'm enjoying it. My daughter also has egg and dairy allergies. One resource that I've found for great cake and breakfast recipes has been the vegan cookbooks by Isa Moskowitz, especially her Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World. I've used her recipes for all five of my daughters birthday cakes and taken the cupcakes to pre-school. I get rave reviews everytime, not just from her but for everyone else who's eating them too. Even if she outgrows the allergy, we'll be using her cake, pancake and waffle recipes, they are that awesome. Good luck with the blog and with the cooking allergen free. It's a challenge, but it has gotten easier as the years go by.
Where do you get the noodles at? There is egg in them, huh?
